AllAboutDatingSites is an independent Technical Support Collaborative of Dating Software Professionals focused on providing technical support, services and development resources for all Dating Software using PHP/MySQL as its core technology. We also provide support for relevant WEB technologies, development tools and languages as well. In our Technical Community, registered Members create unique personal profiles in order to participate in online forums, discussions, exchange information and communicate with one another to problem solve, troubleshoot issues, provide problem solutions, upload and download source codes and share information about Dating Software and the Online Dating Business.
These terms and conditions of use apply to and govern your use of the AllAboutDatingSites Web site(s) (the "Site") as a passive visitor, as well as the services that AllAboutDatingSites provides to active participants who sign up as members ("Members") (such services to be referred to herein as "Services"). For purposes of these terms and conditions of use, the words "you" and "your" shall refer to any visitor to the Site, as well as any Member, as defined above. Services |
Upon a Member's registration on the Site, AllAboutDatingSites will create an online account for the Member containing information provided by the Member (the "Member Account"), which account shall be accessible and modifiable by the Member thereafter at the Site using a password and user name, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For more information about how AllAboutDatingSites collects, maintains and uses Member information, please consult the Privacy Policy. |
Term |
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by submitting a request to support@AllAboutDatingSites.com. Upon receipt by us of your email notice of termination, we will deactivate your account.
Because We will only terminate for cause, We shall not refund any unused portion of any subscription payments that have been received from You, in the event We determine in our sole discretion that there has been any breach of this Agreement by You, We shall not be liable to You for any refund of any unused portion of any subscription payments and may continue to bar Your use of the Service in the future. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. |
Password Security |
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify AllAboutDatingSites immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. |
About Site Security |
We take seriously the security for all personal and non-personal information associated with our visitors and participants. However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we can not guarantee that communications between you and AllAboutDatingSites, and AllAboutDatingSites and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. |
Choice/Opt-Out |
If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new AllAboutDatingSites products or services, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices. |
About Posting Content |
AllAboutDatingSites may delete or modify any Content or source code uploads that in the sole judgment of AllAboutDatingSites violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. AllAboutDatingSites assumes no responsibility for monitoring the AllAboutDatingSites Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time AllAboutDatingSites chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the AllAboutDatingSites Services, AllAboutDatingSites nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the AllAboutDatingSites Services, any material or information that you transmit to other Members of this site, and for your interactions with other Users. AllAboutDatingSites does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by AllAboutDatingSites prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of AllAboutDatingSites. Acceptable Use Policy |
As a condition of your use of this Site and the Services, you warrant to AllAboutDatingSites that you:

Members who violate these terms and conditions of use, at AllAboutDatingSites's sole discretion, may have their Member Account suspended or terminated, and may be prohibited from receiving Services thereafter. |
Personal Information |
When registering at our Site as a Member, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your name, company name, job title, e-mail address and certain information about your business and preferences. You may also be given the option of providing additional personal information such as your URL, phone and fax number and mailing address.
We use personal information provided by Members to notify Members about opportunities, deliver AllAboutDatingSites newsletters and otherwise communicate with Members about AllAboutDatingSites and its products and services. AllAboutDatingSites will not share any personal information of Members with any unaffiliated third parties, without your consent.
As part of your use of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your Member Account information with current, accurate and complete information. You may do this, by logging into your account, clicking on the userCP link, and edit your contact details in "settings and options" as necessary. |

Termination |

AllAboutDatingSites may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any Services, or limit or restrict any user's access to the Site or the Services, for any reason. You understand and agree that AllAboutDatingSites may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you, but shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of such termination. You understand and agree that AllAboutDatingSites shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of your Member Account or access to Services and/or the removal of such information. General Provisions |
These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions of use shall be an appropriate State or Federal court located in the county of Santa Clara in the State of California and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions of use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these terms and conditions of use, and the remainder of these terms and conditions of use shall continue in full force and effect.
